Wear plate and cutting ring
The Spectacle wear plate is also called a wear plate and cutting ring. It is an important part of the concrete pump.. It can be cut, bent, welded, etc., and can be connected to other structures by means of welding, plug welding, bolting, etc. Commonly used materials are: high chromium alloy steel, tungsten carbide, cemented carbide, alloy ceramics.
The alloy steel concrete pump wearing plate and cut ring is made of hard alloy. The hard alloy has high hardness, strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The hard alloy concrete pump wear ring and special plate is more wear-resistant.
Functions of concrete pump wear plate and cutting rings:
Reduce costs.
Reduce the cost of use by replacing the wear between the S valve inlet and the discharge port of the cylinder with the wear between the wear plate and the cutting ring. The cost of replacing an wear plate and a cutting ring is much lower than the cost of replacing the S valve and the cylinder.
Improve the sealing performance.
Since a rubber compression ring is arranged between the cutting ring and the S valve, it acts as a cutting ring to give the wear plate a pre-pressure, thereby improving the sealing between the cutting ring and the spectacle plate.
