When the pump truck is pumping, the following precautions should be taken:

1) After the pumping operation begins, the mixer should be kept running at all times.

3) When stopping the operation for a long time, in order to prevent the separation and solidification of the slurry, the forward/reverse pump operation should be carried out periodically, about 10-

Cycle every 15 minutes.

4) When pouring concrete with low water absorption into high-rise buildings, continuity should be maintained as much as possible without interruption.

5) When pouring low-quality concrete, the pumping speed should be reduced.

6) The reason for concrete segregation is that the viscosity of concrete is too low.

7) Insufficient mixing of slurry. There is a gap between the S valve and the eyeglass panel due to wear and tear. Pipeline leakage.

8) The valve and the concrete inside the pipeline are hardened.

9) Improper mixing ratio.

10) Inaccurate slurry specifications, insufficient sand content, or slight hardening of concrete during mixing process.
