How to operate the pump truck safely?

The concrete pump truck is modified from the chassis of a heavy-duty truck. It is equipped with motion and power transmission devices, pumping and mixing devices, fabric distribution devices, and other auxiliary devices on the chassis.

Otherwise, all personnel working on or near the pump truck or when it is connected to objects such as remote control devices and concrete conveying hoses are at risk of death.

When high-voltage sparks appear. A high-pressure funnel area is formed under and around the equipment as you leave the center. This voltage will weaken. Every step towards the funnel area is dangerous. If you step across different voltages (step voltages), the current generated by the potential difference will flow through the human body.

If the pump truck touches the electrical wire, the following measures should be taken:

Do not leave the cab.

When conditions permit, drive the pump truck out of the danger zone.

Warn other personnel not to approach or lift the pump truck.

Notify power supply professionals to cut off the power supply.
