The rubber conveying hose series at the end of the concrete pump truck, also known as high-pressure concrete hose, is suitable for connecting the end of the construction machinery pump truck during concrete conveying, and can flexibly change the pouring position for small-scale concrete paving.

Material: Rubber hose, made of steel wire braided rubber hose. The rubber hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, 4 layers of steel wire weaving+rubber layer, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber material is mainly NR, NBR, SBR, and PU. Usually, the external adhesive has high wear resistance. The biggest characteristic of rubber hoses compared to hard pipes is their flexibility.

Safety requirements for the use of high-pressure concrete hoses

1) Within the specified range of high-pressure concrete hoses, no one is allowed to stand. When the pump truck starts pumping, it is not allowed to guide the high-pressure hose with hands, as it may swing or spray concrete, causing injury accidents.

2) The dangerous area when starting the pump is the dangerous area where the concrete end hose swings, with a diameter twice the length of the end hose. If the maximum length of the end hose is 3 meters, the hazardous area is directly 6 meters.

3) Do not bend the end hose, and the end hose must not be submerged in the concrete.
