The conveying pipe at the end of the fabric machine, also known as the concrete fabric machine conveying rubber pipe, is made of natural rubber+4 layers of steel wire weaving.

For the inner rubber material, Yiheng uses high-quality natural rubber, while other similar products in the market, such as NR, NBR, SBR, and PU, are mostly used.

Features of fabric feeder

1. Install wear-resistant and non stick lining plates in the silo to reduce material adhesion and reduce material arching.

2. The attached vibration motor adopts a special installation structure, which can make the entire surface of the hopper vibrate uniformly, and the effect of breaking arches and discharging is better.

3. Four spiral high-precision quantitative fabric is used, with an error of less than 2% in fabric quantity. According to the on-site process, the walking and fabric speed are flexibly adjusted step by step.

4. The edge of the fabric spiral blade is welded with wear-resistant alloy blocks, ensuring that the spiral shaft can operate normally for 10 months. The spiral shaft is designed to be easy to disassemble.

5. The hydraulic pressure for opening and closing the hopper door of the fabric feeder is equipped with an accumulator, which can quickly open and close, accurately distribute the fabric, prevent excess material from falling, and pneumatic closing is not possible

6. The fabric feeder is equipped with anti-collision safety devices to ensure the personal safety of operators and equipment safety when moving.

7. To clean the fabric feeder, the bottom spiral conveying part is designed to be open and close in three parts. Hydraulic opening and closing can be used to conveniently discharge residual sand and gravel, and emergency discharge can be carried out.

8. A cleaning hopper is arranged below the fabric machine to collect and clean the sewage, sand, and gravel from the fabric machine, protecting the cleanliness and hygiene of the workshop.
